事務所沿革

Founded by patent attorneys Yoshiaki Kameya, Tetsuo Kanemoto and Yasushi Hagiwara, Hazuki International continues to grow, drawing strength from the trust and support it has earned over the years from numerous clients both in Japan and abroad. The firm has two Tokyo offices at Yotsuya and Akebonobashi, and in 2012 opened a new branch in Washington DC to handle US-related work for clients.

Yotsuya Office

February 1992

Patent attorney Yoshiaki Kameya founded “Kameya International
Patent Firm” in Akebonobashi, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo.

April 1992

Patent attorneys Yoshiaki Kameya and Tetsuo Kanemoto
formed a partnership and founded “Kanemoto & Kameya Patent Firm”.

February 1993

Patent attorney Yasushi Hagiwara was invited as another partner.
The firm was renamed to “Kanemoto, Kameya & Hagiwara”.

February 1994

The firm moved to the previous Akebonobashi Office location.

August 2000

The name of firm was changed to “Hazuki International”.

July 2001

Yotsuya Office opened to better handle the increasing demand.

July 2006

Hazuki International affiliated with “Kuribayashi Sogo Law Office” and “Ohashi & Horn LLP”.

December 2008

Akebonobashi Office moved to the current Akebonobashi Office location.

May 2012

Washington D.C. Office opened in the U.S. to better handle the increasing demand.
